Notice of a Meeting Closed to Public Observation pursuant to § 12 CFR 261b.7
On Monday, May 19, 2025 at 11:15 a.m., a meeting of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System was held under procedures set forth in section 261b.7 of the Board's Rules Regarding Public Observation of Meetings, at the Board's offices at 20th Street and C Streets, N.W., Washington, D.C. and by audio/video conference call, to consider the following matters of official Board business.

Effective May 19, 2025, the meeting was closed to public observation by Order of the Board of Governors1 because the matters fall under exemption(s) 9(A)(i) of the Government in the Sunshine Act (5 U.S.C. Section 552b(c)), and it was determined that the public interest did not require opening the meeting.

Government in the Sunshine Meeting Notice
Advance Notice of a Meeting Closed to Public Observation pursuant to § 12 CFR 261b.7
It is anticipated that a pre-scheduled, closed meeting of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025. Meetings of the Board generally are scheduled in advance, occur at pre-set intervals, and address various matters under the Board’s jurisdiction, with some generally occurring bi-monthly.
The meetings are held under procedures set forth in section 261b.7 of the Board's Rules Regarding Public Observation of Meetings, at the Board's offices at 20th Street and C Streets, N.W., Washington, D.C. and by audio/video conference call. The following matters of official Board business are tentatively scheduled to be considered at that meeting.
