Approval of proposal by First Busey Corporation
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by First Busey Corporation, Urbana, to merge with Main Street Trust, Inc. and thereby acquire its subsidiary bank, Main Street Bank & Trust, both of Champaign, all in Illinois.
