Approval of proposal by Midwest Regional Bancorp
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the application of Midwest Regional Bancorp, Inc., Festus, Missouri, to become a bank holding company and to acquire all the voting shares of Federated Bancshares, Inc., Stilwell, Kansas, and thereby acquire control of its subsidiary bank, The Bank of Otterville, Otterville, Missouri.
