I have supported changes to relieve unnecessary regulatory burden on community banks, consistent with safe and sound banking practices, and I support seeking comment on the proposed changes the Community Bank Leverage Ratio. I thank staff for the work that has gone into today's proposal and look forward to carefully reviewing the comments we receive.
