Written agreement with WSB Financial Group
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between WSB Financial Group, Inc., Bremerton, Washington, a registered bank holding company that owns and controls Westsound Bank, Bremerton, Washington, a state nonmember bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
A copy of the Agreement is attached.
