Written agreement with Strategic Capital Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Strategic Capital Bancorp, Inc., Champaign, Illinois, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
