Written agreement with First Cherokee Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among First Cherokee Bancshares, Inc., Woodstock, Georgia, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
