Written agreement with Sunshine Bankshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Sunshine Bankshares, Inc., Port Orange, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
