Written agreement with FNB Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between FNB Bancorp, Layton, Utah, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
