Written agreement with The South Financial Group

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between The South Financial Group, Greenville, South Carolina, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
