Written agreement with Smithtown Bancorp

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Smithtown Bancorp, Inc., Hauppauge, New York, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
