Federal Reserve Board issues enforcement action with Eric Scott Darty and termination of enforcement action with Cornerstone Bancshares, Inc.

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of the enforcement action listed below:
Consent Order of Prohibition against Eric Scott Darty, a former employee of Compass Bank, Birmingham, Alabama, for embezzling money from bank customers for his personal gain.
The Board also on Tuesday announced the termination of the enforcement action listed below:
Cornerstone Bancshares, Inc., Overland Park, Kansas
Written Agreement dated January 14, 2010
Terminated February 8. 2018
