Approval of proposal by Marshall & Ilsley Corporation
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Marshall & Ilsley Corporation, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to acquire Trustcorp Financial, Inc., St. Louis, and its subsidiary bank, Missouri State Bank and Trust Company, Clayton, both of Missouri.
