Approval of proposal by The International Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd.

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the approval of the application of The International Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan, to establish branches in Los Angeles and San Jose, California, and New York, New York.
