Approval of proposal by County Bank
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the applications of County Bank, Merced, California, to purchase the assets and assume the liabilities of eleven California branches of National Bank of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona, and to establish and operate branches at those branch locations.
