Bernanke on the retirement of Jack Guynn, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta:"Jack Guynn's forty-two-year career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, including more than a decade as President, is an outstanding example of dedicated public service. Jack worked tirelessly for the betterment of the Federal Reserve System. I will miss his friendship as well as his valued insights at the Federal Open Market Committee table."
