Board of Governors v. Afnani, No. 17-cv-503 (E.D. Va., filed May 1, 2017). Claim for repayment of employee benefit payments.

McKinley v. Board of Governors, No. 17-256 (D.D.C., filed February 8, 2017). Freedom of Information Act case. On April 24, 2017, the case was dismissed on the parties' stipulation.

Mitchell v. Yellen, No. 17-182 (D.D.C., filed January 27, 2017). Employment discrimination case.

The Loan Syndications and Trading Association v. Board of Governors, No. 17-5004 (D.C. Circuit, appeal filed January 11, 2017). Appeal of district court decision granting summary judgment to the government on Administrative Procedure Act challenge to the credit risk retention rules issued under Section 941 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.

Mullins v. Board of Governors, No. 16-46 (W.D. Va., filed December 15, 2016). Action relating to golden parachute payment. On May 17, 2017, the district court dismissed the Board as a party to the action.

Wilson v. Board of Governors, No. 16-10958 (N.D. Ill., notice of removal filed November 30, 2016). Action relating to mortgage foreclosure.

Rodriguez v. Board of Governors, No. 16-8197 (D. N.J., filed November 3, 2016). Claim relating to mortgage foreclosure. On July 20, 2017, the district court dismissed the action.

Center for Popular Democracy v. Board, No. 16-cv-5829 (E.D.N.Y, filed October 19, 2016). Freedom of Information Act case.

Perry v. Board of Governors, et al., No. 16-cv-1661 (D.D.C., filed August 16, 2016). Claim relating to employee benefits. On December 1, 2016, the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the Board from the action, and on March 2, 2017, the case was dismissed on stipulation of the remaining parties.

Hardy v. Yellen, No. 16-1572 (D.D.C., filed August 2, 2016). Employment discrimination claim.

Richardson v. Board of Governors et al., No. 16-cv-00867 (D.D.C., filed May 9, 2016). Claims arising out of termination of employment.

Haase v. Bank of America, et al., No 16-DCV-231823 (District Court for Fort Bend County, Texas, filed April 25, 2016). Case raising claims resulting from mortgage foreclosure. On February 8, 2017, the district court dismissed the action.

Burford v. Yellen, No. 15-cv-02074 (D.D.C., filed December 1, 2015). Employment discrimination claim.

Artis v. Greenspan, No. 15-5260 (D.C. Cir., notice of appeal filed September 19, 2015). Appeal of dismissal of plaintiffs' Equal Employment Opportunity claims. On December 21, 2015, the Court of Appeals summarily affirmed the district court's dismissal. On October 3, 2016, the Supreme Court denied plaintiffs' petition for certiorari (No. 15-1543).

Richardson v. Board of Governors, No. 14-cv-01673 (D.D.C., filed October 8, 2014). Employment discrimination claim.

Community Financial Services Association of America, Ltd., v. Board of Governors, No. 14-cv-00853 (D.D.C., filed June 11, 2014). Administrative Procedure Act challenge to actions of the Board, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency that allegedly disadvantage payday lenders. On March 15, 2017, the plaintiffs appealed the district court's denial of a preliminary injunction to the D.C. Circuit (No. 17-5045). On July 27, 2017, the Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal on the parties' stipulation.

WMI Liquidating Trust v. Board of Governors, No. 13-cv-01706 (W.D. Washington, filed September 20, 2013). Action for a declaratory judgment regarding golden parachute payments. On July 3, 2014, the action was transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Adv. Pro. No. 14-50435-MFW (Bankr. D. Del.)), and on March 19, 2015, the District Court withdrew the reference and took jurisdiction of the matter (No. 14-cv-01097). On February 15, 2017, the district court granted the Board's motion to dismiss.

Crisman v. Board of Governors, No. 12-cv-1871 (D.D.C., filed November 19, 2012). Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act case.
