Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc., v. Board of Governors, No. 14-cv-00953 (D.D.C., filed June 5, 2014). Challenge to actions of the Board, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency that allegedly disadvantage payday lenders. On September 24, 2018, the plaintiffs stipulated to the Board's dismissal from the action.

Ashton v. Board of Governors, No 18-1033 (D.C. Circuit, filed January 29, 2018). Petition for review of final enforcement order. On May 10, 2018, the petition was voluntarily dismissed.

Baylor v. Yellen, No. 17-02647 (D.D.C., filed December 11, 2017). Employment discrimination case.

BBX v. Board of Governors, No. 17-62317 (S.D. Fla., filed November 22, 2017). Action relating to golden parachute payments.

Board of Governors v. Afnani, No. 17-cv-503 (E.D. Va., filed May 1, 2017). Claim for repayment of employee benefit payments. On February 1, 2018, the district court entered a consent judgment for the Board.

Burford v. Yellen, No. 15-cv-02074 (D.D.C., filed December 1, 2015). Employment discrimination claim.

Center for Popular Democracy v. Board, No. 16-cv-5829 (E.D.N.Y, filed October 19, 2016). Freedom of Information Act case.

Crisman v. Board of Governors, No. 12-cv-1871 (D.D.C., filed November 19, 2012). Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act case. On September 18, 2018, the court dismissed the claims against the Board.

Garrett v. Pennymac, No. 18-cv-718 (M.D. Pa., filed April 3, 2018). Action relating to mortgage foreclosure.

Handy v. Board of Governors, No. 17-cv-274 (E.D. Va., filed May 4, 2017). Employment claim. On December 29, 2017, the district court dismissed the complaint, and on May 29, 2018, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the dismissal.

Hardy v. Yellen, No. 16-1572 (D.D.C., filed August 2, 2016). Employment discrimination claim. On July 10, 2018, the district court granted the Board's motion for summary judgment.

Jiampietro v. Board of Governors, No. 18-cv-04769 (S.D.N.Y., filed May 30, 2018). Mandamus action related to an enforcement action brought by the Board. On September 20, 2018, the court entered a stipulation of dismissal.

Jiampietro v. Board of Governors, No. 18-1989 (2nd Cir., filed July 5, 2018). Petition for review of interlocutory order of the Board in an enforcement action. On September 20, 2018, the petitioner voluntarily withdrew the petition.

The Loan Syndications and Trading Association v. Board of Governors, No. 17-5004 (D.C. Circuit, appeal filed January 11, 2017). Appeal of district court decision granting summary judgment to the government on Administrative Procedure Act challenge to the credit risk retention rules issued under Section 941 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. On February 9, 2018, the Court of Appeals reversed the district court's decision and ordered that a portion of the Board's rule be vacated.

Mitchell v. Yellen, No. 17-182 (D.D.C., filed January 27, 2017). Employment discrimination case.

Richardson v. Board of Governors et al., No. 16-cv-00867 (D.D.C., filed May 9, 2016). Claims arising out of termination of employment. By orders dated March 31, 2017, and January 26, 2018, the district court granted the Board's motion to dismiss the action. On November 1, 2018, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit summarily affirmed dismissal of plaintiff's complaint (No. 18-5063).

Richardson v. Board of Governors, No. 14-cv-01673 (D.D.C., filed October 8, 2014). Employment discrimination claim.

Wilson v. Board of Governors, No. 16-10958 (N.D. Ill., notice of removal filed November 30, 2016). Action relating to mortgage foreclosure. On October 13, 2017, the district court remanded the action to state court.
