Written agreement with Mid America Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Mid America Bank and Trust Company, Dixon Missouri, the Missouri Division of Finance and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
