Written agreement with Alikat Investments and Northside Community Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among AliKat Investments, Inc., Gurnee, Illinois, a registered bank holding company, Northside Community Bank, Gurnee, Illinois, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Banking.
