Written agreement with North Valley Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among North Valley Bank, Zanesville, Ohio, a state chartered member bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions.
