Written agreement with Metro North Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Metro North Bancshares, Inc., Elk River, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
