Written agreement with First Bancshares

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between First Bancshares, Inc., of Cold Spring, Cold Spring, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
