Approval of proposal by AFNB Holdings
For immediate release
The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by AFNB Holdings, Inc. to become a bank holding company and acquire all the voting shares of American First National Bank, both of Houston, Texas.
Attached is the Board’s Order relating to this action.
