Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Hillister Enterprises, II, Inc., Umphrey II Family Limited Partnership, and CBFH, Inc.

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Hillister Enterprises, II, Inc., Umphrey II Family Limited Partnership, both of Beaumont, Texas, and CBFH, Inc., Orange, Texas, to acquire MC Bancshares, Inc. and thereby indirectly acquire its subsidiary, Memorial City Bank, both of Houston, Texas.
