3 gentlemen. If you'll be seated, we'll try to get
4 these proceedings started. My name is Richard
5 Walker. I'm the Vice President for Public and
6 Community Affairs here at the bank. Just a few
7 announcements. If you are a speaker, please
8 register at the speaker's desk if you want to give
9 remarks today.
10 Also if you're a member of the press,
11 please register at the press table. Once you've
12 registered as speakers, please be in the speaker
13 assembly area at least 15 minutes before you are
14 about to come on.
15 Also, the use of cellular or portable
16 phones in the auditorium is prohibited. We want to
17 have these proceedings move as quickly as possible
18 without the distractions of the cellular phones.
