Data Description:

Includes income from all securities that are reportable in "U.S. Treasury Securities (items 0211, 0213, 1286 and 1287)", "U.S. Government Agency and Corporation Obligations (items 8492, 8493, 8494 and 8495)", "Mortgage-Backed Securities (items 8508, 8509, 8510 and 8511)" and "Other Debt Securities (items 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1777)". Also includes accretion of discount on U.S. Treasury bills.

Excludes interest and dividend income from advances to, or obligations of, majority-owned subsidiaries not consolidated, associated companies, and those corporate joint ventures over which the bank exercises significant influence (reported in Schedule RI - Statement, item 5408).

NOTE:

COMPARABILITY:
