Data Description:

Include interest received or accrued on "Real Estate Loans, Total (1409)". Includes late and past due charges, investigation and service charges, renewal charges, commitment fees, discounts received or points charged on real estate loan transactions, and fees charged for the execution of mortgages or agreements securing the bank's loans.

Amortization of premiums on real estate loans and all fees paid to servicing agents for the servicing of mortgages owned by the bank should be deducted.
