Data Description:
Excludes compensation of officers and employees who spend the major portion of their working time on bank: building and related functions. Also excludes amounts paid to legal, management, and investment counsel for professional services, if such counsel are not salaries officers of the bank.
Includes compensation for personal services of all officers and employees including dining room and cafeteria employees but excluding building department officers and employees. Includes same type of compensation as included in Form W-2, such as: bonuses and extra compensation; amounts withheld from salaries for social security taxes; and employee contributions to bank's retirement or pension fund.
