Data Description:

Includes all forms of income received from income maintenance agreements established with the FDIC or other governmental agencies. Agreements with the FDIC, are those made under the criteria established by Section 13(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, "assistance, loans to, purchase of assets of, or deposits in insured banks in danger of closing or closed." Also includes only contributions made to the bank in the form of cash to supplement the bank's income.

Excludes income derived from loans and securities acquired from other institutions in danger of closing or closed.
