Includes the bank's best estimate of the investment tax credit, net of any investment credit recapture, that it will apply against its federal income tax liability for the current year, the effect of which, the bank has reflected in its computation of "Applicable Income Taxes (on item 4301) (4302)". If the amount represents a net investment credit recapture, the amount is enclosed in parentheses.
