For the FR Y-9C report, includes the year-to-date recoveries on "Loans To Foreign Banks (1296)" and "Acceptances of Other Banks (1755)". NOTE: Beginning 3/31/01, for the FFIEC 031, reported in Schedule RI-B, part I, item 2.b., column B, Applicable only to banks filing the FFIEC 031 report form. Reported on Schedule HI-B for the FR Y-9C report.
