Data Description:

Earnings on all assets which in condition reports are reported in "U.S. Treasury Securities (0400)." Includes interest on U.S. Government obligations direct and guaranteed; discount received or accumulated on U.S. Treasury bills (sold by Treasury on a discount instead of interest basis); and adjustment of carry value of U.S. savings bonds in accordance with increase in redemption values.
