Data Description:
All benefits, other than direct compensation, paid or accrued during report period on behalf of all building department officers and employees. Does not include direct compensation of the type reported on Form W-2. Included are: bank's own contribution to its retirement or pension fund for current period; life insurance premiums (net of dividends received) and hospitalization insurance paid by bank; unemployment and social security taxes paid by bank on its own account; net cost to bank for employee dining rooms, restaurants, and cafeterias (exclusive of salaries and wages); and other so-called fringe benefits for building department officers and employees.
Excludes expenses related to: testing, training, or education of building department employees; cost of bank newspapers and magazines; premiums on insurance policies when bank is beneficiary; athletic activities when purpose may be construed to be for bank or public relations.
