Data Description:

Recoveries of amounts previously reported as charge-offs on loans and discounts, provided there is no valuation reserve for loan losses; if such a valuation reserve exists, recoveries of losses on loans previously charged to the reserve are credited back to the reserve and reported in the section, "Reserves on Loans" but not against this item. (Recoveries of losses not previously charged to reserves are credited directly to undivided profits and reported here.)
