Report other items permiitted in Tier 2 Capital that you do not include in items 2221, 5306, 5307, 5308, 5309, and 5310.

NOTE:

Prior to 3/31/04, title was "Capital Certificates" and Included the following capital certificates that are not included in core capital, whether or not there is a outstanding FSLIC note relating to the certificate: income capital certificates; permanent income capital certificates; mutual capital certificates; net worth certificates; and accumulated annual income payments, not yet due, on the above instruments.

Do not deduct FSLIC notes from the capital certificates reported on this line.
