Excludes notes and obligation of FSLIC and FDIC; reported in 5317; assets collateralized by U.S. Government securities; reported in item 5326; and Mortgage-backed securities on which the reporting savings association hs recourse for the underlying loans; the capital requirement on such obligations should follow the standard treatment of recourse obligation.
