Data Description:

Also includes all investments in subsidiaries and/or equity investments that are covered by FSLIC regardless of the percentage of ownership or business activity of the entity in which the investment is made.

Includes the portion of assets that is fully covered against capital loss and/or yield maintenance agreements by the FSLIC. The portion of assets that is not covered by FSLIC (e.g., those included in a deductible) must be placed in a risk-weight category according to the characteristics of the asset. If a deductible under a FSLIC coverage agreement cannot be assigned to a specific type of asset, the deductible should be placed in the 100% risk-weight category.
