Also includes book value of Federal Home Loan Bank stock; demand, savings, and time deposits with a FHLBank; securities, bonds, and notes issued by the Federal Home Loan Bank System; and the credit equivalent amount of interest rate contracts (e.g., interest-rate swaps and caps) where the counter party is a Federal Home Loan Bank.
