Data Description:
Includes an association's subsidiary (subject to the provisions of Regulation 545.82) whose sole purpose is:
(1) To issue securities (as defined by Regulation 561.41) that the association is authorized to issue directly or, if the parent associations a mutual association, would be authorized to issue if it converted to the stock form; and
(2) To remit the net proceeds of such securities issued to its parent association.
NOTE:
Beginning 12/31/2000, the following codes were deleted 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 25.
Also, the following codes were added 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 58.
