Data Description:

Includes the weighted average remaining maturity for adjustable-rate second mortgage loans. For balloon mortgages, use the remaining time until payment of the balloon this calculation. For loans made under open-end lines of credit, maturity should be calculated by assuming that the borrower will repay the existing loan balance by making the minimum payments required by the repayment schedule.
