Data Description:

Includes the weighted average servicing fee retained by the reporting institution in basis points for current market index ARMs. Include only the fee that is actually retained by the institution, net of any fees paid to sub-servicers. Be careful to use the net fee, not the gross fee that includes agency guarantee fees. Do not subtract the estimated cost of servicing the loans from the fee.
