Data Description:
For a borrower whose current capital category under Section 142 is undercapitalized, significantly undercapitalized, or critically undercapitalized, the date the institution initially dropped below minimum capital standards is reported. This date marks the beginning of a continuous period (through the as-of date of the report) of being less than adequately capitalized. A null value is reported where a borrower's capital category is unknown, or does not exist--as in the case of a credit union. In YYYYMMDD format.
