Report for direct nonpublic investments any other transactions affecting the aggregate acquisition cost or carrying value of the portfolio during the reporting period. (e.g., writedowns for permanent impairment or investments acquired through mergers. Bank Holding Companies have the option of including permanent impairment write-downs to carrying value in net valuation changes in line item 3). If a negative value, enclose the amount in parentheses or with a minus (-) sign (paper filers) or use a minus (-) sign (electronic filers).
