Includes the total amount of cash received during the reporting quarter repayment of the principal on all mortgage loans and contracts of the type reportable in items (0131), (0109), (0133), (2687), (2689), (0136), and (1534). Includes full and partial prepayments as well as scheduled amortization repayments. Does not include loan foreclosures, any non- cash transactions that reduce loan balances, or interest charges. Such transactions are reported in item 0179.
