U.S. Government and federal agency securities held in trading account(s) include securities held in trading account(s) that have been sold under prearranged agreements to repurchase at a later date, pledged against deposits or used as collateral for other liabilities or lent temporarily to other entities.
Excludes securities held for possible resale, regardless of whether or not held in a designated trading account, securities purchased under prearranged agreements to resell the securities at a later date, securities borrowed from other entities, or customer's securities held as collateral.
