Data Description:

Includes the principal amount of all secured loans and contracts made during the month to finance construction. Includes increases to existing construction loans. The amount reported should be the gross contract amount; Loans in process or other contra assets are not deducted. Includes both interim construction loans and combination construction permanent loans. Loans that provide funds for both land acquisition and construction should be classified as construction loans, but if they provide funds for acquisition of land only, they are reported in item 0930.
