Data Description:

Respond with 1 (yes) if a new Chief Executive Officer (whether permanent or temporary) has taken office during the month. Also respond with 1 if the position of the Chief Executive Officer became vacant during the month. Other- wise, respond with 0 (no), even if a future change, such as resignation, retirement, or appointment, has been announced during the month.

The one-digit codes indicate the following: 0 = No; 1 = Yes
