Data Description:

Includes the dollar amount of all mortgage loans and participations purchased from others during the reporting month for other improved real property which includes mobile home parks, nursing homes, churches, stores, and other commercial property, as well as individually owned mobile home lots. Also included are vacant land or developed building lots that are/will be prepared to initiate the actual erection of structures thereon plus properties used for farming regardless of the presence/absence of a dwelling unit on the property. Does not include loans acquired as a result of merger.
