Data Description:
Includes liabilities to other foreign branches of parent bank that are payable in other currencies. For the SVGM series, the title of this item is: "Loans and Contracts Delinquent 60 Days or More" and the definition includes: The total of the unpaid balances of all mortgage loans and contracts of the type reported in "Mortgage Loans Outstanding - Construction (1401)", "Mortgage Loans Outstanding - Other (1402)" and "Real Estate Acquired by Foreclosure or Deed in Lieu - Sold on Contract and Loans to Facilitate (1461)" which are delinquent in payments for 60 days or more. The amount to be entered is not the amount of "slow loans" or "scheduled items" but, rather, the total of the unpaid balances of delinquent loans. All such delinquent loans are included, regardless of loan to value ratio or how long they have been 60 days or more delinquent.
