Data Description:

The dollar amount of all the commitments (including standbys) to purchase loans and securities that are outstanding at the end of the reporting month other than the types reported in items (1401), (1402), (1461) and (1504). Includes commitments to purchase securities or loans of the types reported in items (1454), (2057) or any other asset classification. A commitment may be written or oral, but must be regarded as morally, if not legally, binding. Excludes any commitment, or portion thereof, that will not involve disbursement.
